What The Signature includes:

  • Meeting 1: We sign the legal pre-ceremony marriage paperwork and chat about your ceremony vision

    Meeting 2: We work through the draft ceremony script and finalise logistics

    Meeting 3 (optional): We rehearse the finalised ceremony script

    Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage

    Communication via emails and phone calls to answer all your questions

    Guidance with vows, readings, and personal touches — with unique templates and resources to make it easy

    Bespoke ceremony script tailored to your story and style

  • Arrival at the ceremony location before the ceremony to check everything runs smoothly

    Delivery of 15-30 minute story-rich ceremony: includes your love story, readings or rituals, personal touches

    Completion of all legal requirements, including facilitation of the signing of marriage paperwork and your very own decorative marriage certificate

  • Lodgement of all marriage paperwork with the Birth Deaths and Marriages

    Confirmation once your marriage has been formally registered

    Guidance on how to obtain your Official Marriage Certificate which is issued by Births Deaths and Marriages office once I’ve lodged all paperwork

Travel fees may apply for ceremonies beyond 150 km from Brisbane, depending on location and logistics.

Ceremonies need two witnesses by law—if you need me to provide them, there’s a little extra cost.
